Return & Exchange Policy
At Guava Lusso, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely in love with your order, we offer a simple and secure return process.
- Standard Returns (30 Days)
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, dust bags, and certificates must be included
- A proof of purchase or receipt is required
To start your return, contact us at info@guavalusso.com. Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send your package.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@guavalusso.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges:
For faster service, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order separately once the return is approved.
- EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order was delivered to an address in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.
Returned items must still meet our return eligibility conditions.
Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds
- If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@guavalusso.com
